a crown for imogen

well my friends,  first of all want to crown ya’ll the best readers! i totally meant to thank you for the “we’re all on the same team” comments after i shared a glimpse into parenting a house full of teenagers. each of whom couldn’t be any more different from each other than they are today.

you never know if parenting thoughts are going to fall under the  taboo issues heading. but the way i figure, if you’re heading over here you sorta assume you’ll hear my thoughts on anything from fringe booties to parenting. right?  but thank you!

thank you for the canvas love! sweet melissa is already heading to many homes!  i have a handful of other images i will offer as well. hope to share those with you on friday.

our sweet imogen headed back in for chemo round 3 yesterday. i had hoped to catch up with the family for a few photo updates of everyone but they are also super busy selling their home & searching for a new one. life never slows down does it? sweet tammy donated her long blond locks & daddy aj shaved his cute head in solidarity with imogen. could you just eat them up? sweet tiny riding on the iv pole? never a cuter thing has been seen over there i’m certain.

you can follow their story right here.

i wanted to show ya’ll the sweet crown madison made for immy. she was heading over to play princess with her the other day, so she made one for her as well. the pictures don’t do it justice. she took soft beautiful cream lace & painted it with gold paint. made the little border for immy out of jewels & just ribbon for herself. just precious.

i would also love to share a few pictures of my own girls lately. keeping up with just the everyday of blogging has been a challenge. infact, instagram is truly the way to go. one of these days my dot com might need to be put to rest. ig is so much easier. and free! ha!

madison & one of her dearest girlfriends.

savannah is renting a little home in athens this year and these are a couple of her precious roomies!

smk & trevor on game day. duh. GO DAWGS!

savannah has worked with the NotWedding and this was taken at a recent notwedding event in athens…please excuse my screen shot low res images. still too cute not to share. if you’re a young bride to be, a “must see & do” on your list.

little bit ( front row. grey & peach poka dot top)  & her awesome younglife ( campus life) crew! i was not that cute at 12. were you? i mean what an adorable group.

praying for you imogen! we sure love you & your precious family!!

Lori H - Prayers for Imogen. The crowns turned out adorable. I know that Instagram is supposed to be great, but I have avoided it as a do-I-need-another-thing-to-do-on-the-computer? However, if you stop writing your blog to just do Instagram, give me a little notice and I will follow you there!

laurie overholtzer - How can a post be both heart wrenching and uplifting at once? Seriously Paige, this is the blog I look for every morning. Thank you for always making life seem manageable, no matter the circumstances. You rock!
p.s. Praying for Imogen in California.

Meg - Dear Paige,
I love opening up my laptop and finding a new post from you! You are such an inspiration and your family is just beautiful – on the outside but clearly, on the inside too! I would be so sad if you stopped blogging but of course understand the difficulties of keeping up with a blog with all you have going on! I’m just selfishly hoping it isn’t anytime soon…but we’ll always have instagram! Prayers for sweet Imogen and her family – what a blessing you are to them!
