current crush, round 15

good morning friends~

i’d love to share some of my favorite things with you.

  1. jeanne oliver’s persimmons canvas wrapped print. i’m blessed with friends who inspire me on a regular basis & in a multitude of ways. jeanne is one of those special people. she’s wildly creative.  and honestly, for as creative as she is, her generous heart is even more what defines her. jeanne has created a design network with endless amount of courses available from everything to decorating your home & making it an intentional space to oil painting and everything in between.

21paigeknudsen.com2. another artist who creates endless beauty is anna bond, founder and creator of rifle paper co.  i just ordered her latest release, alice in wonderland, to add to my collection. you can find a great selection of her line here. shown below is the capri recipe box, which i look forward to organizing in january when life slows down dramatically…and i have to read my new alice book as well. 🙂

3. raven & lily paper mache cow skull. when i was caroline’s age, i was obsessed with georgia o’keeffe & planned to move to new mexico when i grew up. southwestern art & cowboy boots were a love of mine well before they were the in thing. i’ve tried to hang a legit cow skull in our home but i four girls who aren’t exactly on board. paper mache with gold leaf details…fair trade & hand made in haiti…win win! i move her around. she hung out, pun intended, in the kitchen for a while & is now residing in our bathroom with black chalkboard walls & she looks fabulous. and while i never headed to the southwest, my inner ranch-girl continues to dream. ( also shown is art by the amazing lindsay letters, pottery barn vintage wood chargers, & table from world market)

4. freebird by steven phlow booties. also available in these color options.

5. except for the boots, i just realized my crushes this week were all pieces of art. so…i’ll do a seamless plug & share a piece from my canvas shop. vintage christmas is available in two formats, both landscape & portrait. and due to the size of the image, only available in large scale.

6. & finally, the fair isle infinity scarf as shown below will get a lot of playing time in the knudsen home now that cooler temps are heading this way!
