watching my girls grow up over the years, one of the sweetest aspects is watching who they choose for friends. we all know how important that role is. ( don’t get me started on boys-ha!).

to have someone with whom they can share secrets.

iron sharpening iron, wanting them to find someone who can encourage them yet hold them accountable.

one of emi’s precious friends is katelyn.  they’ve been close for several years now.  katelyn is a good girl. kind and thoughtful. she loves jesus too.  i pray these two continue to grow up loving on each other.

you’ll be a city on a hill. shining brightly….

LLH Designs - You know what I think makes a huge difference in a girl’s life as far as friendship goes? A mama’s prayers. I bet you’ve prayed for sweet friends for them. I know I have for my girls. I didn’t have strong friendships growing up. Lots of heartache actually. And I didn’t have a mama who prayed. But as an adult, I’m asking God to heal the friendship wound and start anew! And He is! xoxo!

Tammie - Paige, What beautiful daughters you have,I know it goes without saying but it also is a nice thing to be heard also, Right? My two daughters have very nice friends but their best friends are each other. I love the photo shoot with her friend, it looks as though they are having a great time and they are both so beautiful. It makes me wonder what the conversation they were having was about, HA!

Ruth Grigson - I love how genuine and how real your photos are. You didn’t need any words to tell me these girls have a true friendship. You capture it all in their expressions.
