i love minted. i could spend hours on their site. oh who am i fooling, i have spent hours on their site. between their journals, their wall art, their business cards, their stationary and not the least of which, their fabulous christmas cards, the options are endless.
with graduation & end of school, teacher gift ideas dangling ahead in the future i know i’ll head back over & create some gifts. i love their personalized journals….you can upload images, add quotes and choose from super cute designs. i’ve shared about several options here & here.
i recently received another order of business cards and love the quality of the paper and the clarity of the images. and being a sucker for those journals, i added one of those in my cart also. shown below is the chalkboard memories journal
i’m also curious. for those of you who blog, has your blog replaced your handwritten journal? i have dozens, dozens, of journals sitting on a shelf, all lonely and waiting to be filled. i really desire to be more disciplined in picking up my paper and pen this year and not letting my cyberspace journal replace my handwritten keepsake. what about you–are you able to do both? effectively? consistently?
i realize this is just a thumbnail image, but here’s a journal i created for my sweet friend hutton.
and since we’re only about two weeks from the first day of spring, i figured it would be an appropriate time to share some of the cute christmas ( wait what?) cards. i have no idea if these are from minted or not, i just figured since we were talking about personalized stationary i’d share some super photo cards. which i must tell you, i realize they’re expensive. i realize that creating them can be a little labor of love. i realize capturing “the christmas card photo” is nothing less than a christmas miracle in and of itself ( i can help with that. wink wink) but i absolutely cherish receiving these cards. i will look over them and pray over them in all the months to come. i don’t just enjoy them over the holidays, they truly are a special little gift themselves.

You seriously have one of the most attractive families on the planet, and I need to hire one of your girls as a fashion consultant they’ve got a great sense of fashion! Lindsey - I’m a HUGE fan of journaling. I’ve been at it since 6th grade. I’ve done a good job at keeping it up…but my blog has totally taken the back seat. So, while you’re good at the public journaling…I’m good at the other. Just as you’ve had the hankering to pick up the pen and paper, I’ve had it on my mind to get back to the cyber world. I love them both so much. Guess we’ll just see if it ever happens.
D'Nese - I’m addicted to Minted. That website beams of sunshine and happiness. LOVE your chalkboard journal and all the beautiful cards. The card with the kids hanging upside down is awesome. Love it! Everything is pure perfection. I also love journals and like you, have a stack of them that I don’t use. I just love the feel of them and knowing that they are there so full of hope and promise of my thoughts/memories. I’ve ordered from Minted often and plan to order again very soon. That site rocks as does your blog, but you already know this. =)
