a little more seaside & precious friends

as much as i try to blog in realtime, i ended up being lost in website creations & wordpress image resizing for a little while.  i still have a couple days ( yes only two more) from our vacation that i’d love to post. for posterity and all of course ;).

kim from 3 Peanuts has been a precious friend of mine for several years. she was  one of the very first blogs i read when i began blogging, about 5 years ago.  i have the utmost respect for kim and treasure times when we’re able to catchup, share family and parenting stories and  of course share our love for photography. we knew early in the summer we would be down on the gulf coast at the same time. oh happy day i tell ya!

i might have mentioned that we had several rainy yucky days which made getting together a little tricky.  we may have only been together for a little while but each of us fell in love with each of them and didn’t want to leave.  i’m going to bust out my best persuasive speaking and hopefully meet up with them on the beach again next summer!

kim is as lovely and gracious as you’d imagine her to be. stunningly beautiful. dave is hilarious. the boys are handsome and charming ( ok, dave is too ;)) and kate…well we were smitten with kate who acted as if she’d been friends with my girls all along.

i love you friend…see you soon!!

tara - That Kate is absolutely beautiful….

your girls are so sweet..I love how they were all crowded around her. You know Lydia would be in HEAVEN with your girls. 🙂

And as always, I love the jewelry shots. I’ve said this a hundred times (or 10)….but, you and your girls need to help all of us in the fashion world. I’m thinking there should be some posts one of these days that tell us how pair things together…..
